The service advisor was nice BUT: when I told him issues with ApplePlay connectivity, all I got were excuses about how many manufacturers make all components and it’s difficult for them to be compatible and work all the time. Also explained my HomeLink couldn’t connect despite videos and many attempts to get it working and was told to “talk to my salesperson who sold me the car. I don’t know anything about that.” Instead of finding a sales rep to assist me, just let me leave with all my same issues.
