I was treated with courtesy and respect. The salesman who assisted me, Andrew Bousfield was extremely helpful and basically held my hand throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions, never pressured me and was just very helpful. I hope others experience this type of assistance.

Overall, my experience with Reno Litha VW was good. I just have never enjoyed car shopping at a dealership. I don't like the numbers game that is "played", the going back and forth, changing numbers so it looks like I got a good deal. I know dealership and sales have to earn money but the experience always makes me feel like I am being taking advantage of.
