The manager of Lithia Volkswagen service department on Monday, March 24th was really rude when checking in our Tiguan. We are questioning it burning oil and wanted it looked at. He was a complete jerk. When we picked up the vehicle, he was a completely different person, much nicer. Therefore, 3 stars.

I had an excellent experience at Lithia Volkswagen in Reno. My 2023 Atlas SEL R-Line had a recurring electrical issue, and while on vacation in Lake Tahoe, the EPC light came on, putting the car into limp mode. I had to get a tow from North Lake Tahoe to Reno and rent a car. The service manager was incredibly accommodating and understanding, even though they had no prior history with my vehicle. They thoroughly investigated the issue and replaced all six fuel injectors, getting me back on the road quickly. I highly recommend this dealership for their outstanding service and professionalism.
