    I appreciate that. I am scheduled with the same representative each time I come in. Craig is friendly, helpful and provides excellent customer service. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and I enjoyed the new coffee maker.

    The service department at Lithia Volkswagen of Reno is wonderful! They always take care of us. Hannah and Craig are great, and I’m sure Amy is too, but we’ve never worked With her.
