I received multiple emails and mail documents informing me that my 10,000 mile service was coming soon, yet when I called to scheduled to make an appointment, I was told that an appointment wasn't necessary and to just bring my car in during the Service Department hours. Perhaps the Service Department isn't extremely busy so it's easier to just bring your vehicle in; however, appointments are convenient for some people or at least better communication explaining one is not necessary and providing the hours the Service Department is open would be a little more helpful so the person seeking the service can plan ahead for their convenience.
