    I had a great experience at Lithia Volkswagen Reno. Colton was a pleasure to work with. I didn't feel any pressure at all and all my questions were answered. He went above and beyond making sure every part of the vehicle was perfect for me. Colton showed me every feature the 2024 Tiguan offered so I had no questions going home. Filling out paperwork is never comfortable, but Colton and Preston made the process comfortable and easy to work with.

    You sales staff were lovely and helped me to efficiently lease a car and get me on my way. The inefficiencies associated with the finance office, however, have droned on for weeks after the purchase of my vehicle. My car was **undriveable** for a week in the State of Massachusetts following my purchase. After being coached by a local insurance agent about the necessary steps required to rectify the problem, the finance office somehow **still** managed to satisfy the requirements so that I would be able to drive my vehicle. I am **still** receiving paperwork about my lease that has to be signed and re-signed because the finance office prepared the paperwork for my lease improperly. When I was unable to drive my vehicle, I was lucky to receive a call back from the finance managers at Lithia VW. Now that the finance office calls me daily (sometimes multiple times per day) with paperwork that needs to be signed, re-signed, or otherwise corrected. I find it fascinating that the dealer practically vanished when I had a vehicle that was not street legal following purchase, but internal errors with the leasing paperwork (that are ultimately inconvenient for the dealership) have resulted in near-daily communication with Lithia VW and its agents.
