Working with Guy during the sales process was a good experience. However, delivery of the car was near unacceptable. I have never experienced this before.

I felt like Amy honestly cared about giving taking care of me and my car, and wanted to give me a great customer experience. She got up from her desk to check my car when I got there and she asked me important and intelligent questions about what was going on with my car, things that I did not think of to say. She called me to update me on the progress of my car and on options since they were not going to be able to finish same day.

They do everything that they said they would do. Are very friendly and courteous. The wait for for the appointment was due to the long list of ID4's and the recalls.

Guy is very knowledgeable about the ID 4 and spent a lot of time with us explaining all of the different functions of the car. He was not pushy at all and explained each step along the way. When we had questions after the purchase he made time out of his day to answwer those as well.
